Welcome to Connect and Care Domiciliary Care Services

We are dedicated to providing safe, user-centered care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our services are designed to support semi-independence for vulnerable or at-risk elderly individuals (65+) and adults (18+) with physical or learning disabilities.

At Connect and Care, we empower our clients to live comfortably and independently within their own homes. Our comprehensive domiciliary care services are tailored to meet individual needs, offering choice, dignity, and compassion every step of the way.

Caring Professionals

Our objective is to provide a range of services, thereby offering the Service User and family greater freedom of choice. Service User requests will be matched with corresponding and appropriate staff and resources. It all begins with connecting. Using Outreach Programmes, including our charity shop, a connection is made, trust is built and that connection leads to the provision of a Personalised Care Plan compatible with individual need.

Personal Care Support

We can support with washing, showering, bathing, dressing, undressing, continence management, management of mobility, nutritional needs care, maintaining fluid intake, assistance with getting up and going to bed.

Specialist Services

We support people with special needs, including people with severe epilepsy remembering the use of rescue medications and behaviour management.

Domestic Support

We are able to help you with shopping, housework, laundry, finances/pension collection, meal preparation, social integration, social visits, outings, day or night sitting services
